The Sports Wagering Division is then set to lead the following portion of the meeting, where they will cover an update on the status of Bally’s operations plan, an event catalog addition request, a pair of temporary waiver requests related to 248.04(4) regarding identity authentication questions, and a presentation on Sports Wagering in the Commonwealth Year at a Glance.
The Racing Division will then present a request by Plainridge Park Casino to offer place pick pools per CMR 6.36.
Following that, the Legal Division will lead discussions regarding table games rules updates, as well as the following regulations:
- 205 CMR 257: Data Privacy
- 205 CMR 3.12: Judges
- 205 CMR 3.29: Medications and Prohibited Substances
- 205 CMR 6.24: Deposits
The Investigations and Enforcement Bureau will then lead a discussion alongside the Legal Division regarding the process for alleged sports wagering noncompliance adjudicatory hearings.
Following that, the Community Affairs Division will discuss a slew of Community Mitigation Fund Applications, including Lynn, Longmeadow, Northampton, Holyoke Community College, MassHire Metro North, and the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office.
Commissioner Updates are expected to follow, rounding out the meeting. There is time allotted near the end of the meeting for any other business that the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of posting.
