MEETING POSTPONED: MGC to hold first public meeting of 2018, TOPICS: Cohort Study Research Update and Service Employee Registration

WHO:             Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chairman Steve Crosby, Commissioner Gayle Cameron, Commissioner Lloyd MacDonald, Commissioner Bruce Stebbins and Commissioner Enrique Zuniga

WHAT:                The Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) will hold its 232nd open public meeting on THURSDAY, JANUARY 4, 2018.

The Commission will start the meeting with an administrative update to include a vote about MGC’s Enhanced Code of Ethics.

Research and Responsible Gaming Director Mark Vander Linden will introduce an update about the Massachusetts Gaming Impact Cohort Study (MAGIC).

Investigations and Enforcement Bureau Director Karen Wells will lead a preliminary discussion about new categorizations for Service Employee Registration.

Lastly, the Legal Division will present a non-disclosure request from MGM Springfield.
