Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on 8/18, TOPICS: Wynn Boston Harbor and Plainridge Park Casino Quarterly Reports, Community Mitigation Grant and Regulations

WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chairman Steve Crosby, Commissioner Gayle Cameron, Commissioner Lloyd Macdonald, Commissioner Bruce Stebbins and Commissioner Enrique Zuniga.
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) will hold its 198th open public meeting on Thursday, August 18, 2016.
Wynn Boston Harbor and Plainridge Park Casino will present Quarterly Reports to the Commission.
The Commission is expected to vote on a Community Mitigation Grant for Springfield. The Commission is also expected to vote on a recommendation from the Horse Racing Committee on whether the Race Horse Development Fund split should be retroactive to January 1, 2016.
Lastly, the Commission is expected to vote on a series of regulations regarding the licensing and registration of casino employees and slot machine equipment.
