Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on 6/23, TOPICS: PlayMyWay Update, Social Gaming, ATM Regulations, MGC FY17 Budget, Racing Regulations and Supplier Diversity Reporting

WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chairman Steve Crosby, Commissioner Gayle Cameron, Commissioner Lloyd Macdonald, Commissioner Bruce Stebbins and Commissioner Enrique Zuniga.
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) will hold its 194th open public meeting on Thursday, June 23, 2016.
Executive Director Ed Bedrosian will provide commissioners with an update on the recently launched PlayMyWay program at Plainridge Park Casino. Representative from Plainridge Park Casino and MGM Springfield will address the Commission on the topic of Social Gaming.
The Commission is expected to vote on an emergency regulation pertaining to ATMs. In addition, the Commission will again review MGC’s FY17 budget.
The Commission is expected to vote on a final draft approval for Small Business Impact Statement 205 CMR 3.00: Harness Horse Racing and Small Business Impact Statement 205 CMR 4.00: Rules of Horse Racing. The Commission is also expected to vote on other racing matters regarding Suffolk Downs and the Brockton Fairgrounds.
Lastly, commissioners are expected to vote on a clarification about supplier diversity reporting.
