WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chairman Stephen Crosby, Commissioner Gayle Cameron, Commissioner Lloyd MacDonald, Commissioner Bruce Stebbins and Commissioner Enrique Zuniga
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) will hold its 226th open public meeting on THURSDAY, October 12, 2017.
The Commission will hear a report by researchers from the UMass Donahue Institute and UMass Amherst. These new findings detail the economic impact Plainridge Park Casino operations have had on the host and surrounding communities.Commissioners will also receive an update on MGM Springfield’s Workforce Development Plan.

The Commission will then discuss draft regulations pertaining to table game equipment and accounting procedures.
Lastly, gaming stakeholders will present the Commission with their ideas regarding potential uses for the Gaming Economic Development Fund.
