Meeting Notification: MGC to hold open meeting on 3/16, TOPICS: Horse Racing, Table Game Rules and Gaming Equipment Regulations

WHO:             Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chairman Stephen Crosby, Commissioner Gayle Cameron, Commissioner Lloyd Macdonald, Commissioner Bruce Stebbins and Commissioner Enrique Zuniga

 WHAT:           The Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) will hold its 212th open public meeting on THURSDAY, March 16, 2017.

The Racing Division will present the commission with a series of racing-related matters that will require a vote. The commission is expected to vote on two fund requests from Suffolk Downs, approval of 2017 Plainridge Park Casino officials and a Finger Lakes racing request from the Massachusetts Thoroughbred Breeders Association. The Legal Division will present the commission with two matters that require votes including MGC officer elections and 205 CMR 147: Uniform Standards of Rules of the Games.

Lastly, the Commission will review regulations for Table Game Rules and Gaming Equipment.
