Meeting Notification: MassGaming to hold open public meeting on February 24th, topics include petition from City of Boston and schedule for region A surrounding community designations

WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chairman Steve Crosby, Commissioner Gayle Cameron, Commissioner James McHugh, Commissioner Bruce Stebbins and Commissioner Enrique Zuniga

WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold an open public meeting on Monday, February 24th.  The meeting’s agenda will include a discussion of recent correspondence received from the City of Boston relating to resort-casino applications in Everett and Revere. In addition, the Commission will discuss the schedule for upcoming ‘surrounding community’ designation decisions in Region A (Eastern Massachusetts). The Commission will also make a decision on the ‘Impacted Live Entertainment Venue’ petition submitted by the Eastern States Exposition regarding the MGM Springfield proposal.
