Meeting Notification: MassGaming to hold open public meeting on 9/17, Topics: Exclusion List, Region C Evaluation Process, Wynn MA LLC Section 61 Findings and Suffolk Downs Racing Report

WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chairman Steve Crosby, Commissioner James McHugh, Commissioner Bruce Stebbins and Commissioner Enrique Zuniga
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) will hold its 163rd open public meeting on Thursday, September 17th. The Commission will begin the meeting with a discussion about the search for a new Executive Director and other general administrative matters.
The Commission will have a discussion with staff from the Investigations and Enforcement Bureau about the Exclusion List process and the process for issuing fines and penalties to licensees.
In addition, the Commission will review the Region C evaluation process. Commissioners will also be briefed by the Legal Division on the process and schedule for the Wynn Section 61 findings. The Commission is expected to vote on the adoption of Regulation 205 CMR 129 (Transfer of a Gaming License) and Regulation 205 CMR 126 (Amended Small Business Impact Statement).
Lastly, the Commission will receive a Suffolk Downs Racing Report from MGC’s Racing Division.
