MEETING NOTIFICATION: MassGaming to hold bi-weekly open meeting to discuss evaluation process, phase 3 regulations and applicant community outreach

WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chairman Steve Crosby; Commissioner Gayle Cameron; Commissioner James McHugh, Commissioner Bruce Stebbins and Commissioner Enrique Zuniga
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will host its bi-weekly open meeting on Friday, August 9th. The commission is expected to review aspects of the evaluation process for gaming proposals. The Director of Racing will provide an administrative update and will brief the commission regarding a recent tax withholding issue. MassGaming legal staff is expected to introduce and begin discussion of Phase 3 Regulations. Ombudsman, John Ziemba, will brief Commissioners on the status of community outreach conducted by current gaming applicants.
