Massachusetts Gaming Commission to Hold Open Public Meeting
Topics include an update from the Investigations and Enforcement Bureau (IEB) regarding Region A (Eastern Massachusetts), a discussion relative to the receipt of live horse racing applications, and a presentation on strategies for increasing diversity in construction
WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chairman Steve Crosby, Commissioner James McHugh, Commissioner Bruce Stebbins and Commissioner Enrique Zuniga.
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold its 136th open public meeting on Thursday, October 9th. The Commission will receive an update pertaining to Region A (Eastern Massachusetts) from Investigations and Enforcement Bureau Director Karen Wells. The Commission will also discuss the recent receipt of four applications to conduct live horse racing in 2015.
Also, the Commission will hear a presentation on proven strategies to increase diversity relative to gender at construction sites.
