MassGaming to hold open public meeting 11/20; topics include Play Management System discussion, responsible gaming regulations, update on Region C (Southeastern Mass.)

WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chairman Steve Crosby, Commissioner Gayle Cameron, Commissioner James McHugh, Commissioner Bruce Stebbins and Commissioner Enrique Zuniga
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold its 139th open public meeting on Thursday, November 20th. The Commission will discuss matters related to responsible gaming including the review of updated draft regulations and a discussion with current licensees pertaining to the possibility of a “play management” system.
The Commission’s Investigation and Enforcement Bureau will also present to the Commissioners on the topic of Internal Controls, Operations, Accounting and Gaming Procedures. In addition, the Ombudsman will give an update on MGM Springfield’s Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) filing.
Also, the Commission will receive an update on the status of the resort-casino licensing process in Region C (Southeastern Massachusetts) and discuss specific due dates for Region C applications.
