Hearing Notification: The MGC to hold Adjudicatory Hearing Regarding Ongoing Suitability of Wynn MA, LLC   

WHO:                Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein, Commissioners Gayle Cameron, Eileen O’Brien, Bruce Stebbins and Enrique Zuniga; investigators from MGC’s Investigations and Enforcement Bureau and representatives from Wynn Resorts, Limited and Wynn MA, LLC

WHAT:            The MGC will convene an adjudicatory hearing to determine the suitability of resort-casino licensee, Wynn Resorts, Limited and Wynn MA, LLC.

During the adjudicatory hearing, which is expected to last several days, investigators from the MGC Investigations and Enforcement Bureau and representatives from Wynn Resorts and Wynn MA, LLC will testify and answer questions from the Commission.

After the adjudicatory proceeding, the Commission will deliberate in private and then issue a written decision at a later date, not yet determined.

Review the official Notice of Hearing, which includes a list of matters participating parties must be prepared to address during the proceedings.

NOTE:               The adjudicatory hearing is open to the public and the press. Please note that this hearing will not be live-streamed. The MGC will hold the hearing at a large venue to accommodate for increased attendance.

WHEN:              Tuesday, April 2 at 10:00 a.m.

Wednesday, April 3 at 10:00 a.m.
