Division of Racing releases two Applications to Hold or Conduct a Live Racing Meeting for previous & new applicants

The Division of Racing of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission today released two Applications to Hold or Conduct a Live Racing Meeting.
The MGC developed two forms for applicants, one for previously licensed applicants who were granted a license in 2022, and one for new applicants seeking a new license.
Completed applications must be submitted to the Commission by close of business on October 1, 2022, and are subject to review by the Commission and the public. The Commission will hold public input hearings on applications it receives at future dates to be determined.
