The Division of Racing of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission hereby releases the Application to Hold or Conduct a Live Racing Meeting in 2021.
Completed applications must be submitted to the Commission by close of business on October 1, 2020 and will be subject to review by the Commission and the public. The Commission expects to hold public input hearings on applications it receives at future dates to be determined. Given the unprecedented circumstances resulting from the global Coronavirus pandemic, these public hearings will be conducted virtually, utilizing Remote Collaboration Technology. Further information will be posted once the dates have been determined.
