A Request For Public Comment: White Paper on Responsible Gaming Considerations for Gambling Advertising

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission’s Research and Responsible Gaming team presented a draft of a white paper titled “Responsible Gaming Considerations for Gambling Advertising” during the Commission’s public meeting on March 14, 2022.
Anyone wishing to offer comment on that document – which can be accessed here – may do so by submitting written comments via email.
Accordingly, the Commission requests that anyone interested in providing written comments on the considerations for additional strategies and measures regarding gambling advertising send an email directly to MGCcomments@massgaming.gov with ‘Gambling Advertising and Responsible Gaming comment’ in the subject line.
Written comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 29, 2022.
