A Request for Public Comment: Regulations pertaining to skill based gaming

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission seeks public comment on the draft regulations below pertaining to skill based gaming on gaming devices in gaming establishments. The Commission will consider comments as part of an informal comment period prior to commencing a formal promulgation process which will include a subsequent opportunity to offer comment including at a future public hearing on the proposed regulations. The public meeting has not yet been scheduled. If interested, please email comments to mgccomments@state.ma.us with ‘SBG- draft regulation comment’ in the subject line. Public comments must be received by 5:00pm on Monday, March 7, 2016.
