A Request for Public Comment: Draft Application Form for New Horse Track Operator License

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is requesting public comment on a draft form for a potential new horse track operator license application form. The MGC reviewed the draft application form during the June 2, 2022 public meeting and will be holding a public hearing on July 26, 2022.
Anyone wishing to offer comment on that document may do so by submitting written comments via email. Accordingly, the Commission requests that anyone interested in providing written comments on draft application for a potential new horse track operator license send an email directly to MGCcomments@massgaming.gov with ‘Horse Track Operator License Draft Application comment’ in the subject line.
Written public comments are requested by Monday, July 18, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
