A Request for Public Comment: Regulations pertaining to gaming vendors, gaming schools

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking public comment in advance of the September 4, 2014 hearing on the following regulations, which have been passed by emergency:
- 205 CMR 134.00: Amendments to the process governing licensing of gaming vendors, primarily affecting the information and documents gaming vendor applicants are required to provide as part of the licensing and qualification process.
- 205 CMR 137.00: New regulations establishing the standards and requirements for certified gaming schools in the Commonwealth.
Comments must be received by 4:00pm on August 29, 2014. Please email comments to mgccomments@state.ma.us with ‘draft regulation comment’ in the subject line. Please be certain to identify in your comments the section number of the regulation for which you are commenting.
The Commission will review any comments received, update the proposed regulations as necessary, and hold a public hearing on the matters. The public hearing, including a formal comment period, has been scheduled for September 4, 2014, at 10:30am at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, Room 102B at 415 Summer Street, Boston, MA.
