Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on October 23, 2025; Conference Call Available

Once the meeting is called to order, the Commission will review the minutes from the previous public meetings held on April 30, 2024, June 6, 2024, September 25, 2025, and September 30, 2025.
Executive Director Dean Serpa will then provide an administrative update regarding an award for social and economic research presented to Mark Vander Linden, Director of Research and Responsible Gaming. The meeting is then expected to stay with the Research and Responsible Gaming Division for a presentation of the GameSense quarterly report.
The Legal Division will follow with a discussion and review of 205 CMR 234.09: Term of Sports Wagering Vendor License or Registration; Renewal.
Commissioner Updates are expected to follow, rounding out the meeting.
There is time reserved at the end of the meeting for any other business the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of posting.
