Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on September 25, 2025; Conference Call Available

Once the meeting is called to order, the Commission will review minutes from March 14, 2024, April 11, 2024, June 20, 2024, August 1, 2024, and September 4, 2025. This will be followed by a casino update and a presentation of the slot machine and denomination breakdown.
Commissioners then expect to hear from the Racing Department, which will present a presentation from the Standardbred Owners of Massachusetts.
The Sports Wagering Division will then lead a conversation with Commissioners regarding sports wagering quarterly report presentations.
The Legal Division is then expected to lead a conversation on the following regulations:
- 205 CMR 239.07: Audit of Operator Operations by Commission
- 205 CMR 3.11: General Rules
- 205 CMR 3.14: Licenses, Registrations, and Fees for Participants in Racing
- 205 CMR 248.12: Account Withdrawals
Research and Responsible Gaming will follow with an update on the Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program.
Commissioner Updates are expected to follow, rounding out the meeting.
