The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will convene an adjudicatory hearing relative to the alleged noncompliance of Temporary Category 3 Sports Wagering Operator BetMGM, LLC d/b/a BetMGM.

The hearing will take place on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. It will be conducted via remote collaboration technology.
