The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will convene an adjudicatory hearing relative to the durable suitability of FBG Enterprises Opco, LLC d/b/a Fanatics Betting and Gaming pursuant to M.G.L. c. 23N, section 6(d) and 205 CMR 215.01(1).

The hearing will take place on Wednesday, April 30, at 10:00 a.m. It will be conducted via remote collaboration technology.
