The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will convene an adjudicatory hearing relative to the alleged noncompliance of Temporary Category 3 Sports Wagering Operator Penn Sports Interactive, LLC d/b/a ESPN Bet.

The hearing will take place on Thursday, April 17, at 11:00 a.m. It will be conducted via remote collaboration technology.
