Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on February 7, 2024; Conference Call Available

WHO:                     Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Brad Hill, Jordan Maynard, Eileen O’Brien, and Nakisha Skinner

WHAT:                The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #499 on Wednesday, February 7, 2024.

Once the meeting is called to order, the Sports Wagering Division will lead a conversation on two topics. First is a discussion surrounding clarification of Super Bowl Prop Wagers. Commissioners will then hear reports from online sports wagering operators regarding strategies and tactics utilized to guard against Know Your Customer (KYC) breaches. A vote to enter executive session for this portion of the meeting is expected.

Commissioners Updates are expected to follow, rounding out the meeting. There is time allotted near the end of the meeting for any other business that the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of posting.
