Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on March 8, 2023; Conference Call Available

WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Brad Hill, Jordan Maynard, Eileen O’Brien, and Nakisha Skinner
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #441 on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.
After the meeting is called to order, the Legal Division will lead a discussion on regulations. Those regulations include:
- 205 CMR 152: Individuals Excluded from Gaming and Sports Wagering
- 205 CMR 138: Uniform Standards of Accounting Procedures and Internal Controls
- 205 CMR 238: Additional Uniform Standards of Accounting Procedures and Internal Controls for Sports Wagering
- 205 CMR 247: Uniform Standards of Sports Wagering
- 205 CMR 254: Temporary Prohibition from Sports Wagering
Following that, the Sports Wagering Division will lead a discussion on the approval of house rules for Category 3 sports wagering operators.
Commissioner Updates are set to follow, rounding out the meeting.
There is time allowed at the end of the meeting for any other business that the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of posting. The Commission reserves the right to vote on these or other matters during the meeting.
