MEETING NOTIFICATION: MGC to hold public meeting on May 1, 2019

WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Gayle Cameron, Eileen O’Brien, Bruce Stebbins, and Enrique Zuniga
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #266 on Wednesday, May 1, 2019.
The meeting will open with a commission update on the Wynn Resorts Suitability Review, followed by a general administrative update from Executive Director Ed Bedrosian about the MGC’s Quarterly Budget and Diversity Spend Reports.
Karen Wells, director of the Investigations and Enforcement Bureau, will request that the Commission vote on an MGM Qualifier.
Dr. Alex Lightbown, director of MGC Racing Division, will request that the Commission vote on several horse racing matters to include the following:
- Reimbursement of 2017 Unclaimed Tickets – VOTE
- Suffolk Downs Request for Reduced Take Out – VOTE
- Suffolk Downs Request for Approval of Racing Officials – VOTE
