Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on 4/27, TOPICS: Licensing Quarterly Report, Gaming Device Regulations, and Research and Responsible Gaming Update

WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chairman Stephen Crosby, Commissioner Gayle Cameron, Commissioner Lloyd MacDonald, Commissioner Bruce Stebbins and Commissioner Enrique Zuniga
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) will hold its 215th open public meeting on THURSDAY, April 27, 2017.
The Commission will begin the meeting with an administrative update to include a discussion about MGC’s mission and values statements.
The Investigations and Enforcement Bureau will continue a discussion from the last public meeting about background investigation requirements for the outside directors of casino licensees.
The Licensing Division will provide a Quarterly Report. The Commission is expected to vote on updated License and Registration Forms. The Commission is also expected to vote on 205 CMR 143.01: Update to standards for gaming devices incorporating Gaming labs International (GLI)-11 3.0 (including skil- based gaming). Lastly, the Commission will receive a general update from MGC’s Director of Research and Responsible Gaming Mark Vander Linden.
