The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking public comment on the below draft regulation amendments:
205 CMR 152.00: Individuals Excluded from a Gaming Establishment. The amendments differentiate between the information regarding excluded individuals that will be posted publicly on the Commission’s website and the information about excluded individuals that is possessed by the Commission and made available to the casinos.
Please email comments to mgccomments@state.ma.us with ‘Excluded Individuals Regulations Comment’ in the subject line or send by mail to the Massachusetts Gaming Commission at 101 Federal Street, 12th Floor, Boston, MA. The Commission will accept comments until 5:00pm on January 27, 2017. The Commission will review any comments received.
