Public Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on 12/3 in Springfield, TOPICS: MGM Springfield Design Changes, Tribal Compact and 2016 Research Agenda

WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chairman Steve Crosby, Commissioner Gayle Cameron, Commissioner Lloyd Macdonald, Commissioner Bruce Stebbins and Commissioner Enrique Zuniga
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) will hold its 171st open public meeting on Thursday, December 3rd. After a brief administrative update, the Commission will receive a briefing from legal staff regarding the Tribal Compact and MGC operations.
Chairman Crosby will provide a brief status update about MGC’s ongoing Fantasy Sports review and plans for the upcoming Educational Forum. In addition, Research and Responsible Gaming Director Mark Vander Linden will brief the Commission about the 2016 Research Agenda.
Ombudsman John Ziemba will provide commissioners with an overview of MGM’s section 61 status. Lastly, representatives from MGM Springfield will present the Commission with a detailed presentation of proposed design changes.
