Request for Public Comment: Skill Based Gaming

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission invites public comment on the topic of skill based gaming. Where the Commission anticipates promulgating regulations allowing for the utilization of such devices, any comments and ideas on the subject are welcome, and specific input is requested on the following topics:
- Areas where GLI-11 as it presently exists (or other applicable GLI standards) are insufficient to provide for the regulation of skill based gaming devices;
- Whether the Commission should set a maximum tolerance for skill based games;
- Unique issues involving skill based gaming devices that require clarification from the Commission.
Any party interested in discussing skill based gaming with Commission staff, or meeting in person, is invited to submit such a request. Further, the Commission welcomes interested manufacturers to schedule time to demonstrate skill based gaming device(s) to the Commission and/or staff.
