Meeting Notification: MassGaming to hold open meeting on 8/20, TOPICS: Plainridge Park Casino, MGM Section 61 Findings, Local Aid and Suffolk Downs

WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chairman Steve Crosby, Commissioner Gayle Cameron, Commissioner James McHugh, Commissioner Bruce Stebbins and Commissioner Enrique Zuniga
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold its 161st open public meeting on Thursday, August 20th. The Commission will discuss Plainridge Park Casino statistics and MGM Section 61 Findings.
Commissioners will receive an update from Finance and Administration regarding Plainridge Park Casino’s hiring and purchasing, as well as Local Aid.
The Commission will review preparation for the three day meet at Suffolk Downs. Lastly, the Commission is expected to vote on the Plainridge Park Casino Capital Improvement Trust Fund request and the approval for out of state location for Massbred stake races.
