Meeting Notification: MassGaming to hold public meeting on 1/22, TOPICS: Status updates from Wynn Everett, Penn National and MGM Springfield

WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chairman Steve Crosby, Commissioner Gayle Cameron, Commissioner James McHugh, Commissioner Bruce Stebbins and Commissioner Enrique Zuniga
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold its 143rd open public meeting on Thursday, January 22nd.
The Commission meeting will begin with a public hearing on a series of regulations regarding licensing, internal controls, the Race Horse Development Fund, and supplemental licensing.
Also, the Commission will receive status updates from current licensees focused on several topics. Wynn Everett will present the Commission with new design plans. Penn National will give a quarterly status report in preparation for the slots-parlor opening in Plainville anticipated for June 2015. MGM Springfield will brief the Commission on its draft Diversity Report.
The Commission will also continue its discussion about the Central Management System RFR. Lastly, the Director of Research and Responsible Gaming, Mark Vander Linden, will present draft regulations pertaining to the Play Management Program.
