The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking public comment on the following draft regulations:
- 205 CMR 129.00 DRAFT: Transfer of interest
Please email comments to mgccomments@state.ma.us with ‘draft regulation comment’ in the subject line. UPDATE: All written comments must be received by 4:00pm on Thursday, March 26, 2015. The Commission will review any comments received, update the draft regulations where appropriate, and hold a public hearing on the matters.
The public hearing has been scheduled for March 12, 2015 at 10:30am.
