The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking public comment on the following draft regulations:
- 205 CMR 136.00 DRAFT: Sale and Distribution of Alcoholic Beverages at Gaming Establishments
Please email comments to mgccomments@state.ma.us with ‘draft regulation comment’ in the subject line. All written comments must be received by 4:00pm on Tuesday, March 17, 2015. The Commission will review any comments received, update the draft regulations where appropriate, and hold a public hearing on the matter. The public hearing has been not yet been scheduled.
