MGC’s Office of Workforce, Supplier and Diversity Development is hard at work identifying ways to increase awareness of expanded gaming opportunities for small business owners. MGC is excited to partner with state agencies on a series of upcoming networking events to highlight the opportunities available and educate potential vendors on MGC’s licensing process. MGC encourages small business owners who are interested in exploring vendor opportunities to check out these events!
Joint Venture Workshop
MGC is delighted to announce with the Massachusetts Minority Contractors Association, The Collaborative Business Diversity Forum: A Joint Venture Workshop to be held on November 5th from 4-6pm at the Transportation Building, 10 Park Plaza, 2nd Floor. The workshop will help businesses get a greater understanding on joint venture agreements and how joint ventures can help you get more contract opportunities. The event presented by Joel Sowalsky, Esq., of Daily General Counsel will feature interactive workshops and networking opportunities with representatives from Keolis and MGC and is co- sponsored by MassHousing, the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO), DailyGC™ and Keolis. MA Supplier Diversity Series
MGC is pleased to announce our participation in the Massachusetts Operational Service Division’s MA Supplier Diversity Regional Series (The Series). The Series will be a morning of networking and workshops designed to provide capacity building and expanded procurement opportunities for the small and diverse enterprises currently conducting or interested in pursuing supply-chain opportunities with state, municipal, or private buyers in the Commonwealth. MGC will be attending The Series events hosted in Roxbury on November 5th, New Bedford on November 13th, and Springfield on November 18. Other event locations include Lawrence and Worcester.
