The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is hereby requesting written comments on a 2015 horse racing license application submitted by Sterling Suffolk, LLC. Those who wish to submit written comments may do so by sending an email to mgccomments@state.ma.us with ‘Horse Racing Application’ in the subject line. All written comments must be received by June 8, 2015 at 5:00pm. The Commission will also hold a public hearing on the application on June 11, 2015 at 3:30pm at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, Room 107B. The hearing notice is available here.
