The Horse Racing Committee, created by Chapter 23K, is requesting comments from interested parties on the request by the Harness Horsemen’s Association of New England to revisit the split of funds in the Race Horse Development Fund between harness horse racing and thoroughbred racing. Comments must be received by May 18, 2016 at 4:00pm. Comments may be emailed to mgccomments@state.ma.us with “Race Horse Development Fund Split” in the subject line. Comments may also be sent by mail to the Commission at:
