Registration Remains Open for the MGC’s May 14 Conference on Examining Social Impacts of Sports Betting and Changing Gambling Landscape

Public Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on 5/12 in Springfield, Mass. TOPICS: Diversity Grant, MGM, PlayMyWay, MGC Budget and Racing

WHO:            Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including   Chairman Steve Crosby, Commissioner Gayle Cameron, Commissioner Lloyd Macdonald, Commissioner Bruce Stebbins and Commissioner Enrique Zuniga

WHAT:          The Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) will hold its 191st open public meeting on May 12, 2016, in Springfield, Mass.

MGC’s Workforce, Supplier and Diversity Development Director Jill Griffin will provide a status update about the Diversity Goal and Business Technical Assistance Grant Program.

MGM Springfield will present the Commission with a Quarterly Report. In addition, the Commission is expected to vote on an MGM design update.

MGC’s Director of Research and Responsible Gaming Mark Vander Linden will issue a status report to the Commission about the PlayMyWay program and the ongoing Research Agenda. The Commission will then discuss MGC’s quarterly budget. Lastly, the Commission is expected to vote on a series of racing issues.
