The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will convene an adjudicatory hearing relative to the alleged noncompliance of Penn Sports Interactive, LLC (“PSI”) with G.L. c. 23N, § 4(c); 205 CMR 256.01(1); 205 CMR 256.02(1); and 205 CMR 256.04(1), (6)(a), (6)(c), and 6(d).

The hearing will take place on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. It will be conducted via remote collaboration technology.
