MEETING NOTIFICATION: MGC to hold public meeting on May 22, 2019

WHO:                    Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Gayle Cameron, Eileen O’Brien, Bruce Stebbins, and Enrique Zuniga 

WHAT:                  The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #268 on Wednesday, May 22, 2019.

The meeting will open with an approval of minutes and a general administrative update.

Ombudsman John Ziemba and Construction Project Oversight Manager Joe Delaney will request that the Commission vote on several matters related to Encore Boston Harbor to include the following:

  • Summary of Material Changes Since Design Approval – VOTE
  • Detailed Construction Timeline – VOTE
  • Second Amended Encore Boston Harbor Section 61 Findings – VOTE

Bruce Band, Assistant Director of the Investigations and Enforcement Bureau and Gaming Agents Division Chief, will request that the Commission vote on other matters related to Encore Boston Harbor to include the following:

  • Revision to Gaming Establishment Boundary – VOTE
  • Service Employee Exemption Requests – VOTE
  • Alcohol Permit – VOTE
