WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Brad Hill, Jordan Maynard, Eileen O’Brien, and Nakisha Skinner
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #445 on Monday, March 27, 2023.
After the meeting is called to order, the Commission will hear an update from the Investigations and Enforcement Bureau regarding an assessment of civil administrative penalty under G.L. c 23K.
Following that, the Legal Division will discuss 10 regulations with the Commission:
- 205 CMR 106: Information and Filings
- 205 CMR 107: Professional Practice
- 205 CMR 109: Emergency Action
- 205 CMR 202: Authority and Definitions
- 205 CMR 213: Withdrawal of an Application
- 205 CMR 229: Review of a Proposed Transfer of Interest
- 205 CMR 232: Discipline of Sports Wagering Operators and Other Licensees, and Registrants
- 205 CMR 239: Continuing Disclosure and Reporting Obligations of Sports Wagering Licensees
- 205 CMR 241: Surveillance and Monitoring
- 205 CMR 256: Sports Wagering Advertising
Commissioner Updates are set to follow, rounding out the meeting.
