Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on February 17; Conference Call Available

WHO:               Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Gayle Cameron, Eileen O’Brien and Enrique Zuniga 

WHAT:              The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #336 on Wednesday, February 17, 2021.

After the meeting is called to order, the Commission will discuss and consider whether to pursue the filing of an amicus brief in the matter before the Supreme Judicial Court captioned A. RICHARD SCHUSTER & another vs. WYNN RESORTS HOLDINGS, LLC & others, SJC13060, in accordance with the Justices’ solicitation of briefs. A vote on this matter is anticipated.
