Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on February 12, 2026; Conference Call Available

Once the meeting is called to order, the Commission will review the meeting minutes from a January 15, 2026, Commission meeting.

The Research and Responsible Gaming Division will then present the GameSense Q2 quarterly update to the Commission. This will be followed by a discussion of the policy on determining qualified researchers under Section 97.

The Sports Wagering Division will then discuss clarifying the approved catalog of table tennis events and removing certain table tennis events. There will also be an update on Caesars Sportsbook’s house rules.

Commissioners will then hear a briefing on noncompliance related to Category 3 Sports Wagering Operator, BetMGM, LLC., and discuss next steps.

The Legal Division will follow with several agenda items. The first is a request from FanDuel for review and final determination of the Sports Wagering Division’s denial of a compliance proposal regarding wagering on prohibited markets. There will also be a presentation of the 2025 administrative appeals summary, as well as discussions on several regulations.

The meeting is then expected to enter executive session to discuss ongoing litigation and to review and approve meeting minutes from previous executive sessions.

Commissioner updates are expected to follow, rounding out the meeting.

There is time reserved at the end of the meeting for any other business the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of posting.
