The Division of Racing of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission is pleased to release the 2017 racing license applications. The forms are available on the Horse Racing Licenses page.
New for 2017, applicants who held a racing license from the Division of Racing in 2016 are directed to forms for license renewal. Applicants who did not hold a racing license in 2016 are directed to forms for new license application.
