The Commission is hereby requesting written comments on whether to issue a variance from the Surrounding Community timelines found in 205 CMR 125 as discussed in the Commission’s open public meeting on October 31, 2013. Please submit your comments no later than Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at 2:00pm. Those who wish to submit written comments may do so by sending an email to mgccomments@state.ma.us with ‘Surrounding Communitity Timelines’ in the subject line.
