The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking public comment on proposed guidelines regarding supplier diversity reporting during the design, construction, and operations of the Category 1 (resort-casino) gaming establishments. The proposed guidelines were presented to the Commission at its public meeting held on June 9, 2016.

Please email comments to mgccomments@state.ma.us with ‘supplier diversity reporting guidelines’ in the subject line. Comments must be received by 4:00pm on June 17, 2016. The Commission will review any comments received ahead of anticipated vote on the matter at its upcoming open public meeting on June 23, 2016.
