The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking public comment on the proposed new regulation below:
- 205 CMR 146.00 DRAFT: Gaming Equipment
These new regulations govern the gaming equipment utilized in the conduct of table games.
Please email comments to mgccomments@state.ma.us with ‘gaming equipment’ in the subject line, or email them to 101 Federal Street, 12th Floor, Boston, MA, 02110. The Commission will accept public comments until Wednesday, April 5, 2017, at 4:00pm. There will be another opportunity for public comment in the formal regulation promulgation process.
