The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking public comment on the draft regulation amendment below pertaining to thoroughbred racing, harness racing, and greyhound racing. The amendment governs a new section, 6.46: Pentafecta Pools, and provides the requirements and the means of distributing winnings for this method of wagering. Please email comments to mgccomments@state.ma.us with ‘pentafecta pools regulation comment’ in the subject line. Comments must be received by 4:00pm on July 15, 2016. The Commission will review any comments received, update the draft regulations where appropriate, and hold a public hearing on the matter on July 14, 2016.
