Public Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on 6/9, TOPICS: MGC FY17 Budget, Racing Regulations and Supplier Diversity Reporting

WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Commissioner Gayle Cameron, Commissioner Lloyd Macdonald, Commissioner Bruce Stebbins and Commissioner Enrique Zuniga.
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) will hold its 193rd open public meeting on Thursday, June 9, 2016.
The Commission will review MGC’s FY17 budget.
The Commission is expected to vote on Small Business Impact Statement 205 CMR 6.00 pertaining to Pari-Mutuel Rules for Thoroughbred, Harness and Greyhound Racing.
MGC’s Director of Workforce Supplier and Diversity Jill Griffin will discuss supplier diversity reporting with commissioners.
Lastly, MGC’s Director of Racing Alex Lightbown will present a request from Suffolk Downs for Race Horse Development Funds.
