MassGaming announces partnership with Initiative for a Competitive Inner City

JillGriffin

The following is a message from Director of Workforce, Supplier, and Diversity Development Jill Griffin:
As part of its effort to ensure that local businesses have the resources they need to be successful partners in the Expanded Gaming industry, the Massachusetts Gaming Commission’s Office of Workforce, Supplier and Diversity Development has become a referral partner to the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC).
ICIC promotes the importance of growth of businesses operating in urban areas, and creates strategies to attain this objective. ICIC has identified three accelerants to help inner city firms overcome obstacles and grow:
  • Improved access to capital
  • Management and business education for business owners
  • Connections to procurement and supply chain networks.

MassGaming accepts applications for  The Inner City Capital Connection
